The most important thing in my life is my family.  My husband and I have been married for ten years and have a 5 year old son.  I hope to raise my son the way that my parents raised me.  I have often tried to remember how my mom and dad instilled in us the importance of honesty and hard work, but I don’t ever once remember hearing them put it into words.  Instead, they showed us by example.  I had someone tell me once that although he had never met my parents, he knew they must be good, hard-working people because it is reflected in me.  That was the best compliment that I or my family could have received.  Whatever happens in my life, I know that my family will be there to share it with me.
